Client Strategist Job Description:

• Responsible for working with clients to oversee their Interactive Marketing programs with us, which could include: Search Engine Marketing (cost per click/cpc), Search Engine Optimization, Web Design, Analytics and Social Media.
• Collaborate with internal colleague/teammate, who is responsible for the management of the client’s CPC campaigns.
• Monitor advertising budget and increase client’s ROI and conversion performance through recommendations of new strategies and ideas to test.
• Collaborate with internal team members, particularly design, development and analytics, on various projects, as directed by management.
• Report internally to team and externally to client on performance, results and campaign challenges.
• Research new advertising channels or platforms to be considered.
• Handle customer service issues & resolution, along with communication.
• Responsible to upsell, cross sell and renew contracts/programs or services - based on individual client needs, budgets, and goals.

Client Strategist Job Requirements:

• "Best Practices" knowledge of Online Marketing tactics and guidelines preferred.
• Should have some experience with Cost Per Click advertising networks to include.
• Google Adwords, MSN AdCenter, etc
• *** Preference given to Google Adwords Qualified Individuals
• Knowledge of SEO, Analytics and Social Media very helpful.
• Must have prior customer service or account management experience - preference to those with an Agency background.
• Ability to analyze data through web analytics.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task successfully a must.
• MS OFFICE skills required.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally to clients -- via phone or email.
• Analytical thinker -- able to come up with solutions -- Problem solver.
• Works well under pressure and deadlines.
• This is an onsite, in-office position – No telecommuting.
