Web Marketing Coordinator

This is a rare opportunity for a detail-oriented and marketing-minded professional. High energy, ability to multi-task and passion are needed to help accelerate our efforts. This individual will work closely with managers to execute all corporate marketing initiatives underway and help brainstorm on those to be considered for future.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist with corporate marketing efforts for the company.
• Analyze web site stats, individual campaign performance and acquisition costs.
• Help produce digital content for website and social media channels (twitter, facebook, blog, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal team members, particularly design, development and analytics, on various projects, as directed by management.
• Media campaigns - coordinate launch with vendors, track results & analyze leads.
• Email Campaigns, Newsletters & Database Promotions - create ideas and track delivery & performance.
• Trade Shows & Events - Keep calendar of events, identify new opportunities, preparation for shows, etc.
• Flexibility to cross-over into client projects, where needed, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with online marketing and website analytics is needed.
• Google Analytics and Adwords experience is a big plus.
• Knowledge of more common Social Media Channels is helpful. (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Very strong writing skills necessary - ability to produce compelling content, in long or short form. *** Will likely ask for writing samples to be submitted if you are chosen for an interview
• Analytical thinker, who is also creative in spirit.
• Good verbal communication required, internal presentations likely.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint reqd. - Visio, Photoshop and HTML very helpful.
