Neighborhood Credit Union Case Study

OBJECTIVES:

MoreVisibility was engaged to manage and maintain a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign on behalf of Neighborhood Credit Union (NCU), which is the oldest credit union in the Dallas Fort Worth area. They have branches in Oak Cliff, Dallas, Arlington, Mesquite, Lancaster and Waxahachie. Service is also available 24/7 at www.myncu.com.

GOALS:

The overall goals were pretty straight forward; an increase in online accounts and online applications!

SOLUTIONS:

• Our Search Engine Marketing Team initiated a Cost per Click Campaign (CPC) in an effort to drive qualified visitors to the www.myncu.com website.
• Extensive keyword research was completed to determine which keywords would be most effective. This was based on relevancy, search volume, trends and cost.
• Our team created compelling ad copy with strong calls to action.
• The most suitable landing pages were selected to direct visitors to.
• An effective bidding strategy was put into place based on budget and appropriate marketplace click costs.
• Google Analytics was utilized to track our efforts and gauge progress.

RESULTS:

MoreVisibility's paid efforts paid off handsomely. In 2009 Neighborhood Credit Union's quarterly average in new online accounts grew 185% from (Q1) to (Q4).  In addition, their online applications grew 28% from (Q1) to (Q4).
