MoreVisibility.com to offer paid search under new agreement with Overture

Search engine marketing company MoreVisibility.com has strengthened the paid search element of its offering under a new agreement that makes it one of the first Strategic Providers for the auction-model, pay for performance search engine Overture Inc.

Under the agreement, MoreVisibility .com is authorized to manage relationships with Overture on behalf of MoreVisibility clients, including adding, deleting and editing search listings, changing bid amounts and managing clients’ advertising budgets relative to spending on Overture. Overture will provide MoreVisibility with services including account management, click data and custom sales proposals.

The Strategic Provider agreement formalizes ongoing activity at MoreVisibility. The search engine marketing firm, known for optimization services, has been working with Overture on clients’ behalf to provide a complementary paid search component. Under the agreement, MoreVisibility clients adding paid search on Overture will pay the same cost-per click on Overture as anyone else bidding for keyword positions on Overture, plus a service fee to MoreVisibility for account management.

The agreement provides another marketing avenue for Overture while adding to MoreVisibility’s lineup, says MoreVisibility.com CEO Dennis Pushkin. "We have a strong client base, some of which already are Overture users and some of which aren’t. There’s an opportunity there to present Overture services from a new direction.”

MoreVisibility expects to start actively marketing Overture’s paid search services as part of its own offering to clients and prospects next month.
