We made a fundamental decision when developing our manufacturing capabilities, to use structural steel instead of inferior roll-formed products. Since then, Frazier has become the leading producer of structural steel pallet rack systems with the most production capacity in the industry.

Prior to engaging with MoreVisibility, we were using another SEO firm, who was using “Black Hat” techniques, which we were unaware of to gain a higher ranking with the search engines. The techniques worked well in the short term, providing our web site with 1st page rankings for several search terms, but less then 2 years into the process we were banned from Google. With this new knowledge, we began looking for a new SEO firm that we could trust.

After evaluating several firms in Spring 2007 we chose MoreVisibility for several reasons. The technical knowledge of their sales team made them stand out; where other companies sales reps had to defer most questions to their technical teams, MoreVisibility’s sales reps were able to answer all my questions on the spot. And their thorough & professional proposal made signing a contract with them an easy decision as they kept the terminology to a non-technical level.

Now, a little over six months of working with MoreVisibility our rankings with the search engines are constantly improving. I am also very pleased with the sales leads we have attained so far. Unfortunately, our sales cycle is very long, so we won’t have quantitative results for a few more months. But in terms of generating new opportunities, MoreVisibility has definitely made a huge contribution.
