Demand Generation Manager Job Description:

MoreVisibility is seeking a passionate Demand Generation Manager to join our Brand Strategy department and help envision and execute a lead generation strategy for our brand.

This role will be responsible for analyzing the current lead generation strategy and channels in place, developing a full-funnel and omni-channel Account Based Marketing (ABM) plan, analyzing performance against predefined KPIs, and challenging the status quo with new ideas and innovation.

This role is for you if you’re up for the challenge of building and scaling a synchronized account-based marketing and sales strategy in close collaboration with our Business Development/Corporate Marketing team.

Demand Generation Manager Responsibilities

  • Ideate, build, execute and optimize account-based or demand generation focused campaigns across paid, email, social and organic (SEO) channels.
  • Targeting a specific B2B market segment, strategize content, events, and other aspects of brand-building to grow the pipeline from relevant accounts.
  • Lead marketing efforts (develop the playbook) to move prospects through the awareness, engagement, and conversion funnel.
  • Drive qualified leads, build the pipeline, and support revenue and new client acquisition.
  • Contribute to our brands content marketing efforts in support of the B2B demand needs underway.

 

Demand Generation Manager Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise producing qualified leads that convert, across B2B paid media, SEO and other digital marketing channels.
  • Prior demand generation experience required.
  • Desire to build program from the ground up.
  • Excellent writing skills (digital copy) required – innovative and creative thinker.
  • Experience measuring, reporting, and presenting insights on campaign performance.
  • Expert attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate internally to Sales colleagues and leadership.
  • Quick learner and creative problem solver.
  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.

This is a permanent, full-time position. We offer flexibility to meet your needs with a hybrid working schedule during the week (our office is in Boca Raton, FL) whereby some days are spent in office.

Some interviews and onboarding may be conducted by team members working remote.
