Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our Corporate Marketing team as an individually contributing Digital Marketing Specialist. The role will assist in supporting the day-to-day digital marketing efforts for the agency (corporate brand, not clients) including trafficking campaign collateral, assistance with content writing, Email and SEM Marketing, website updates, and general administrative tasks.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to VP of Department, assisting with all corporate marketing initiatives and efforts
  • Manage and deploy email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Assist with managing the marketing campaign calendar
  • Trafficking requests and revisions to email, landing page, and other marketing collateral designs between Marketing team and in-house Design Department
  • Organize content for Monthly Newsletter
  • Copywriting and content creation for website, landing pages, and other channels.
  • Webinar and Online Events support and coordination – organizing materials, managing important dates and deadlines, coordinating with external partners
  • Researching new demand generation opportunities and running forecasts, projections for ROI.
  • Providing campaign performance reports, through data analysis (including Google Analytics)
  • Website monitoring and directing maintenance or content updates
  • Other support and marketing duties, as needed

 

Digital Marketing Specialist Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications or similar, preferred
  • Relevant work experience in marketing / PR – preferably digital/online marketing (previous agency experience a plus)
  • Can-do energy and attitude and a desire to learn and master a variety of aspects of online marketing
  • Highly organized, with a sharp eye for details
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills (must provide writing samples)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies, Google Analytics, email marketing, B2B lead generation campaigns, and SEO/SEM are also a plus
  • Prior email marketing management. Preference given to those with Active Campaign platform experience.
  • Highly desired to have experience with Salesforce and/or other Automation platforms.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in our office in Boca Raton, FL. Given the current status of our office, the interviews and onboarding/training will be conducted remotely. Once our office fully reopens, we will welcome (and expect) all team members to return, allowing for some flexibility to work remotely thereafter.
