Google rigorously assesses agencies across a wide-range of criteria to assert that its Partners are expert in its advertising platforms. Best-in-class agencies that meet the highest assessment standards are eligible for this top tier of “Premier”. The Premier Partner criteria include numerous considerations including Individual team member certifications across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App, as well as campaign performance, campaign management expertise metrics, and client retention.
