I spend a lot of time meeting and speaking with clients and prospective clients and I am always trying to learn as much as possible so that we can do a better job. While we’re by no means perfect, and constantly have things we’re working to improve upon, the overwhelming amount of client feedback I receive is incredibly positive.

- We’re very organized in how we begin new client relationships…It starts with Discovery in the pre-client phase, then a detailed scope of work (SOW) that lays out the specifics of the deliverables. Once a new client comes on board, our Client Services team is put together based upon the services we’re delivering, and an expanded Discovery takes place to build upon what’s already understood. The Client Strategist who quarterbacks the program has a clear plan of action to lead.
- Our communication with clients is a combination of Strategy and Tactical action items, with a focus on mutual accountability that accelerates the pace of accomplishment. Sometimes organizations need a polite push to check things off their To-Do list and clients appreciate our impatience when it comes to their results.
- We have deep knowledge in SEO, Paid, Social, Google Analytics and Design / Development that can be leveraged in custom and creative ways. No two projects are alike. Each have nuances that need to be taken into consideration and impact the approach we take. Our tenured team has grown up in the industry and has an incredible amount of experience to draw from.
