Wow. The past few months have been challenging, to say the least. I am certainly not alone in these feelings, but it’s so interesting to witness the varying times throughout the past few months when people have either mentally hit their wall or they have found a new passion and been re-energized! This is human nature I suppose, related to processing the intensity of the situation, having a lot of support or none at all, employment status, as well as attitude and outlook!
As I look back over what seems like a whirlwind of 4 months, I can’t help but feel an immense amount of gratitude. Sure, I have my moments of feeling down or overwhelmed, but as I reflect on the situation and more so look ahead to brighter days it’s evident our team is amazing. We have a great culture and strong appreciation for one another, but these are trying times where people are being asked to juggle more than we’d like to admit. Every single member of our Agency, regardless of tenure or role, is fully committed to our success and that of our clients.
Here we are virtually celebrating one of two 20 year Company Anniversaries happening this year! Now that is truly a sign of dedication, loyalty and commitment to our Agency.
The empathy and compassion toward one another is heart-warming and indicative of the approach they take with our clients too. To all of you, I say “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We truly appreciate each and every one of you.”
Our team isn’t the only one working hard throughout a pandemic … we have so many clients in various industries that are contributing in different ways. Of course, most obvious are our healthcare clients who are fighting this disease on the front-lines. However, also important are many other companies and industries which have kept us eating, virtual schooling, working remotely, banking and many other essential daily functions.
